Phase 2が本日6月19日からスタートしたことに伴い、操業再開の際に必須となるManpower Declarationの方法が更新されました。
これまでは、オンサイト（職場）でのManpower Declarationは、現場での業務が再開した後、または業務再開が許可された日付のどちらか遅い日付から
14日以内の報告が義務付けされていましたが、
Phase 2 の開始に伴い、現場で業務に当たる社員がおらず、全員が在宅勤務を続ける会社についてもその旨を申告することが必要となりました。
つまり、Phase 2で操業が許可されている全企業において、出勤者の有無にかかわらず、Manpower Declarationが必須となります。
申告方法は以下の通りです。
・まず、「オンサイト（職場）で働く人数の総数」の欄に「1」を入力した上で申請を行い、
・申請完了後の画面に出てくる「No. of Manpower On-site」の下に表示される「Reset to 0（0にリセット）」を押して全員が在宅をしているということを宣誓する

10. My company is allowed to resume operations but my staff will be continuing to work from home. How should I submit my manpower declaration?
Companies that are allowed to resume operations must submit their manpower declaration within 2 weeks of resuming operations or
their approved date to resume operations, whichever is later.
If the company does not have any staff working onsite, they should first key in “1” under the field “total number of manpower working onsite”,
followed by “reset to 0” to declare that they have “0” manpower working onsite.
