About the personal information handling

Purpose of usage

Unless there is a request from event participants to be contacted by us, we will use its personal information for the purpose of analysing our marketing activities. We will contact you if you wish to receive our call even if you are registering to “Do Not Call Registry” in Singapore. Unless otherwise requested, we will not use your e-mail address for marketing purposes.

Providing personal information

We will not disclose personal information to any third parties other than the ones we have agreement in advance from you to do so. However, in the following cases, personal information may be provided without your consent.

• When it is necessary to comply with Singapore law.
• When it is necessary for the protection of human life, body or property, and it is difficult to obtain the consent from the person himself / herself.
• When it is particularly necessary for improving public health or promoting healthy fostering of children and it is difficult to obtain consent from the person himself / herself.
• In cases where it is necessary for us to cooperate in carrying out the affairs prescribed in laws and regulations by a government agency, local public entity or person entrusted by said institution / organization, however by obtaining the consent of the principal it maybe a risk of interfering the performance of above.
• When a search permission letter has been issued by the court after a formal procedure based on the law (criminal procedure law) for criminal investigation.

Disclosure / Correction of Personal Information
